PERRY, Okla., Sept. 26, 2017 – The Ditch Witch organization, a Charles Machine Works company, will unveil a wide variety of new and enhanced underground construction equipment, parts, tools, and technology—all designed to boost productivity and ROI—at the International Construction and Utility Equipment Exposition (ICUEE) Oct. 3-5 in Louisville, Kentucky. Attendees are invited to experience the new equipment at Booths K155 and K270.
Optimized for industry-leading performance when drilling in hard rock conditions, the Ditch Witch AT40 All Terrain directional drill is the newest in the organization’s fleet—complete with an advanced version of the proven Ditch Witch All Terrain (AT) drilling system, and a new RockMaster® housing for improved longevity. Also on display will be the updated line of Ditch Witch fluid management systems, which incorporate new design features that improve drilling fluid flow and provide faster mixing cycle times and yield times. Other equipment at the show includes the fully updated line of versatile and durable mini skid steers, fiber-installation solutions, including the innovative microtrenching family, and the RT125 utility tractor with a new cab option, among the company’s other underground construction solutions.
In addition to new equipment, ICUEE attendees can also test the Ditch Witch HDD virtual reality training simulator, allowing users to simulate a real HDD jobsite. The booth will also include an All Terrain technology area, showcasing the ultimate HDD tooling solutions for drilling in challenging rock conditions.
Seth Matthesen, Ditch Witch senior product manager of directional drills, will share his insights on the present and future of HDD on the ICUEE demo stage Wednesday, Oct. 4 at 3:30 p.m.
